Movement for Motherhood and Beyond @ FP Movement

A unique collaboration between Lunges and Lattes and Bondd Pilates held at the FP Movement Studio, join us for a soft and supportive Pilates experience designed for moms, babies, and the people who love them.

This is not just a workout, it’s a space to move, breathe, connect, and feel held in community.

Expect a gentle but strengthening Pilates flow intentionally designed to support the body through motherhood and beyond, while still being welcoming for friends, aunties, partners, expecting moms, and anyone wanting to share in the experience.

Babies are welcome. Movement is encouraged. Perfection is not expected.

Come solo, bring your best friend, your sister, your little one, or simply come meet beautiful people within the community.

Expect a fun, beginner-friendly workout, lots of laughs, and a chance for dads to step into mom’s world for the morning. Whether they’re pros at baby wearing or trying it for the first time, this class is all about movement, connection, and making memories together.

A special feel-good outdoor Pilates class in Central Park designed for pregnant and postpartum moms and their little ones, in collaboration with JAM Nutrition.

This session blends gentle, core-supportive Pilates with community, connection, and real conversation. Following class, JAM Nutrition will lead a grounded discussion around the pressure to “bounce back” postpartum—shifting the focus toward nourishment, strength, and sustainable wellness instead of unrealistic timelines or expectations.

To close out the experience, guests will enjoy a curated selection of JAM Nutrition’s favorite clean, thoughtfully crafted samples, designed to support energy, recovery, and busy mom life on the go.

Stakt x Bondd Moms on the Mat

A Mother's Day weekend mindful movement experience for new moms, expecting moms, and their supporters. This session focuses on light strength work and core and pelvic floor reconnection in an elevated wellness setting.

Babies are welcome - wear them in a carrier or keep them beside you on the mat. After class, settle into the Pearl's beautifully curated space to relax and connect with other attendees. There will be a therapist onsite from Manhattan Wellness, plus goodie bags and giveaways from premium brand partners including Baby Bjorn, Made Moment, Mamala, Amika, and Little Spoon to spoil you and your little one. We will also have Sabria from Sabria's Brows on site.

Bring yourself, your baby, a carrier if preferred, and anyone who wants to join you for this nurturing experience.
