Join us for a special Mommy & Me Pilates experience inside Luna Performing Arts

This full body, low-impact sculpt class is designed for new and expecting moms who want to build strength and connection in a refined, baby-friendly environment.

This class can be paired with Storytime and Movement - Perfect for siblings ages 2–5 . While grownups enjoy the Mommy & Me Pilates class, siblings are invited to join a 40-minute Storytime & Creative Movement class with a Luna Performing Arts dance teacher. Through music, storytelling, movement games, and a simple craft, children will explore, imagine, and dance.
