-
Absolutely. Babies are always welcome, but you’re welcome to come solo, too. Whether you need some time to yourself or your little one is with a sitter that day, you’ll always have a place at BONDD.
Baby Questions
-
Let them cry! Seriously. This is a mommy & me class, and babies are part of the experience. You can pause at any time to feed, soothe, cuddle, or change your baby. There’s zero judgment - we’re all moms, and we’ve been there.
-
Absolutely! All ages are welcome. Some moms join when their babies are just 6 weeks, others at 6 months or more. The focus is on you — movement, recovery, and connection.
-
Yes! Babies can hang out on their mat, crawl, walk around, play, or be held. As long as they’re safe and you’re comfortable, there’s no expectation that your baby stays in one place for the entire class. This is real-life motherhood, not a silent studio.
Postpartum
-
Most moms can begin around 6 weeks postpartum once they’ve been cleared by their healthcare provider. Every recovery is different, so listen to your body and check with your provider before returning to exercise.
-
You’re welcome at BONDD, but your timeline may look a little different. Many moms wait around 8 weeks after a C-section, or until their incision is fully healed and their provider has cleared them for exercise. Our classes are gentle and modifiable, so you can meet your body exactly where it is.
-
Congratulations! Of course, expecting moms are welcome at BONDD with clearance from their healthcare provider. Classes are designed to be gentle, functional, and easy to modify as your body changes throughout pregnancy. Come move, connect, and prepare your body for motherhood alongside other moms.
