Hi, I’m Dani — founder of Bondd Pilates, certified momstructor, and mama who understands firsthand how beautiful (and challenging) the postpartum journey can be. I am a born and raised Jersey girl, currently living in Manhattan with my husband and baby girl, Gia. 

When I became a mom in April 2025, I quickly realized that while there’s so much focus on caring for your baby, moms often struggle to find time, space, and support to care for themselves. I craved movement that felt good, a community that understood, and a way to bond with my baby through it all.

That’s why I created Bondd Pilates — a space where moms can:

  • Reconnect with their bodies

  • Bond with their babies

  • Build strength, confidence, and community

Strong as a mother

Our classes blend gentle, functional Pilates with the flexibility and understanding every mom needs. Babies are welcome — whether they’re in your arms, on the mat beside you, or napping in a stroller nearby.

Each session is designed to help you:

  • Boost energy and confidence

  • Meet other moms walking the same path

  • Strengthen your body

  • Improve posture and relieve tension

Bondd Pilates was born to give every mom the chance to strengthen her body, connect with her baby, and build a community that lasts beyond the mat. More than just a workout, Bondd Pilates is a community — a reminder that you’re not alone, and that caring for yourself is one of the best ways to care for your baby.
