Dani is the founder and creator of Bondd Pilates, a thoughtfully designed postpartum Pilates experience that helps moms reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their babies. Dani launched Bondd Pilates in August 2025 after recognizing a major gap in the postpartum fitness space — movement that is both restorative and empowering, while fostering real connection and community. Her signature classes blend strength, core and pelvic floor reconnection, and intentional movement to support moms through every stage of their postpartum journey.
On and off the mat, Dani is passionate about redefining what postpartum wellness can look like. Through Bondd Pilates, she has created a space where motherhood and self-care coexist — allowing women to rebuild strength, confidence, and community alongside their little ones. Based in New York City, Dani spends her time outside the studio exploring the city, discovering the perfect latte, and never passing up a good sale.
