At Bondd Pilates, every class is designed to meet you where you are — physically, emotionally, and in motherhood. Whether you’re newly postpartum or simply craving connection and gentle strength-building, our classes blend functional Pilates movement with the flexibility and compassion every mom needs.

For moms with babies 6 weeks and up

This signature class focuses on rebuilding strength while bonding with your baby. You’ll strengthen your core and pelvic floor, release tension in your shoulders and hips, and enjoy mindful movement that feels good.

Babies are always welcome — in your arms, beside you on a blanket, or simply along for the ride.

You’ll love this if: You want to move safely postpartum, meet other moms, and connect with your baby through movement.

What to bring:

  • A baby carrier (if you plan to wear your baby)

  • Water

  • Your baby’s essentials (blanket, milk, snacks, toys, seat, etc.)

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in

  • An open heart and flexible expectations
