Last Updated: August 23, 2026

Welcome to BONDD Pilates.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bonddpilates.com (the “Site”) and your participation in BONDD Pilates classes, events, community activities, and other services.

By using the Site, purchasing a class or package, booking an event, purchasing a gift card, or participating in a BONDD activity, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or participate in BONDD services.

1. About BONDD Pilates

BONDD Pilates is a New York City Pilates and wellness community offering classes, events, and related experiences designed primarily for moms, moms-to-be, and their families.

Our classes are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and modifiable, but participation is voluntary and each person is responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for them.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer

BONDD Pilates provides fitness and movement instruction and is not a medical provider.

Information provided through the Site, classes, events, social media, emails, or other BONDD communications is for general educational and fitness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning a new exercise program, you should consult with your physician, midwife, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you are pregnant, recently gave birth, recovering from surgery, experiencing pain or injury, or have any medical condition.

BONDD currently recommends that expecting and postpartum participants obtain clearance from their healthcare provider before participating.

You are responsible for communicating any relevant limitations, injuries, conditions, or concerns to your healthcare provider and, where appropriate, to the BONDD instructor.

3. Pregnancy and Postpartum Participation

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery are different for every person.

BONDD classes may include participants at different stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Movements may be modified based on individual needs, but no particular exercise or modification is appropriate for everyone.

If you experience pain, dizziness, bleeding, shortness of breath, unusual discomfort, or any other concerning symptom during a class or event, stop participating and seek appropriate medical attention.

BONDD does not guarantee that participation will be appropriate for your particular pregnancy, postpartum recovery, medical condition, or fitness level.

4. Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in Pilates, exercise classes, outdoor activities, events, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other physical injury.

By participating, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with physical activity.

You are responsible for participating within your own abilities and for stopping or modifying an activity when necessary.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. Babies and Children

Babies and children may be present at certain BONDD classes and events.

If you attend with a baby or child, you remain solely responsible for supervising your child at all times.

BONDD instructors and staff are not childcare providers and are not responsible for supervising, feeding, carrying, or otherwise caring for your child.

You should bring any supplies your child may need during the class or event.

You may pause your workout to feed, soothe, or care for your baby as needed. BONDD's baby-friendly classes are intentionally designed to accommodate the realities of motherhood.

6. Class and Event Bookings

A reservation is required for most BONDD classes and events.

Your spot is not guaranteed until your booking or purchase has been successfully completed.

Class and event availability, locations, instructors, times, and programming are subject to change.

BONDD reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify a class or event when reasonably necessary, including due to weather, venue availability, instructor circumstances, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that motherhood is unpredictable.

BONDD's current policy is to work with participants on a case-by-case basis when they need to cancel or reschedule a class. Please contact BONDD as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

For certain events, special cancellation or refund policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

BONDD reserves the right to establish different cancellation policies for specific classes, packages, events, promotions, or venues.

8. Class Packages and Promotions

Class packages, introductory offers, memberships, and promotional pricing are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Packages are intended for the purchaser's use only.

  • Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts.

  • Promotional pricing may be limited to new clients or specific booking periods.

  • Packages and promotions may have expiration dates or other restrictions disclosed at purchase.

BONDD reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
